Dedicated to Archduke Friedrich, this artistically extremely elaborate monograph is housed in a remarkable and very well-preserved morocco binding by the Wiener Werkstätte. Preliminary work on the work began in 1909. It was completed in 1912. A copy from the Wittelsbach estates features the etched bookplate "Konrad, Prince of Bavaria."
