37 x 26 cm. Multi-colored, gold-illuminated title page, numerous colored decorative borders and initials in the text, 79 pages throughout in black, red, blue, brown, and ochre. Original parchment with cover title and surrounding fillets. (Signed W. A. Petersen, Flensburg, Workshop for Book Art). - One of 400 numbered copies. The parchment volume was bound by Petersen, Flensburg. The print was made from the original manuscript by Johannes Holtz, one of the best calligraphers of his time. The full-page title, the decorative borders, and initials testify to great skill. The printer's imprint is signed by J. Holtz. Immaculately preserved. - Dorn Collection 453.
