In slipcase. (Signed: Ron Eadie). - Printed by the Ashendene Press in 165 copies. The 36 red and 6 blue initials were cut by Graily Hewett and printed from the original blocks. The Metamorphoses of Apuleius, which Augustine of Hippo called "The Golden Ass," is the only Roman novel in Latin to survive in its entirety. A perfect copy. - Tomkinson 36.
